Oh-- how... incredible/sad/beautiful/lovely/WHAT ADJECTIVE DO I USE?
The rose through the guitar strings.... seems so sweet, until you remember that roses have thorns... it would be interesting if they were to snap a guitar string. Not sure what made me think of that. The gentle pose, lighting, and curtains in the background are so soft and emotive.

To me, it speaks of the thought and careful planning, the hours of work and practise that it takes to make something perfect before it is shared. Contemplating whether or not the effort will be worth it; will it be appreciated?

I don't know, I like the idea of spending valentines day with yourself and having a moment where you are just enjoying doing something.

I think VD is too commercial and bright, and this is a nice alternative to an anti-valentine.
